Pop-up sauna by Hackney Wick Community Sauna Baths takes residence in The Greenhouse Theatre camp offering sessions of authentic Nordic experience complete with cold water plunges across the weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday immersive Sauna Rituals will take place to tell an ancient Irish myth about tragic love through the mediums of spoken word, movement, music and heat. A completely unique theatrical experience.

Accompanied by a fashion swap stall – put something of yours on the clothes rack and pick something else up to walk out fresh and inspired.

A day festival curated in collaboration with Newham youth and youth organisations. A diverse line up of local music, creative workshops, activities, games and dance – all zero waste. Peer-to-peer approach delivered by creatives aged 15-30 from Newham and surrounding areas for young people of same age. Learn to create with items you can find in your recycling bin! We provide everything you need for the crafts, you bring imaginations and curiosity. Please note that all children will have to be accompanied by a guardian.
Accompanied by a toy swap stall where children can hand in an unwanted toy in good condition to pick up something new.

Bring your worries to the table, get them assessed and hopefully mended on the spot. Note that event is first-come-first-served.

Drama Students of University of East London improvise their way through ridiculous comic circumstances in a ‘sink or swim’ performance led by a professional Improv coach and comedian Carl Batchelor.

Put on your dancing shoes or get barefoot, as you prefer, for an unplugged dance party with live music to the classic folk tunes.
The caller will call the shots as we all navigate our way through the ancient rituals, patterns and steps of Ceilidh. Come with a partner or not, dance you will with all sorts. This is definitely about the process not the result.
